Ginger-Safe(tm) updated 11-dec-05

Ginger-Safe(tm) is a new product designed to assist you in Ginger-proofing your website and online games. Essentially, it is a simple process which reduces the number of bytes of data transmitted through a given portal. The actual operation of the system is quite complex and will be discussed in detail elsewhere.

How does it work?

Figure 1 shows a normal graphic which might appear in real-time to you over your internet connection.

Figure1: an everyday internet graphic

The problem occurs when this graphic is viewed across what we call the "Ginger-portal". Serious time-space artifacts begin to manifest which can cause the viewer to be transported slowly into the future: the "Ginger-effect". Once the Ginger-effect has begun, it can be difficult to escape the "wormhole" which always leads inevitably to conclusion whereby the user finds him or herself pulled into a future reality. Disconcertingly to the user, hours seem pass, while the rest of the world experiences only moments of actual elapsed time.

The Ginger-Safe(tm) system intercedes to act like a lens, refocusing reality and reducing or eliminating the Ginger-effect. While restoring space-time almost parallel with reality, there is sometimes a minor reduction in clarity of information. Figure 2 below shows the previous graphic (figure 1) as viewed through the Ginger-Safe (tm) lens.

Figure 2: a view figure 1 through the Ginger-Safe(tm) lens.

If you had viewed Figure 1 of this demonstration through the Ginger-portal, you would have experienced an excruciating bending of space-time as you are trapped in the Ginger-effect wormhole. The reduction in the Ginger-effect experienced when using the Ginger-lens is truely remarkable, to the point where you would have barely noticed any distortion of time at all.

We appreciate your kind attention to this demonstration.
